Public Service Pride Week 2026 brought together thousands of public servants across Canada and beyond to celebrate inclusion, amplify 2SLGBTQIA+ voices, and advance workplace equity.

Under the theme "Everybody In!", this year’s 30+ virtual and in-person events highlighted that while coming out is personal, coming in is the destination for us all. From the national flag raising to deep dives into identity and active allyship, the week reinforced that psychological safety must be a standard for all, whether working across Canada, and abroad.

A heartfelt thank you to all the organizers, networks, volunteers, and allies who made the week possible. When 2SLGBTQIA+ colleagues are safe, seen, and supported, we build a stronger, more resilient public service for all Canadians.
