Its reach continues to expand, with Canadian embassies and missions worldwide proudly participating, ensuring diversity, equity, and belonging are represented on the international stage.

2026 Theme: "Everybody In!"

‘Everybody In!’ highlights our collective power to create a workplace worth coming into. Through active allyship and a foundation of safety, we are building an inclusive public service where every 2SLGBTQIA+ employee has a seat at the table.

Across Canada, there is growing interest from some provincial, territorial, and municipal governments in integrating Public Service Pride Week into their events, reinforcing the importance of inclusive workplaces at all levels. We also welcome public services globally to join this initiative, fostering international collaboration and solidarity in advancing workplace inclusion.
