Mental well being isn’t about feeling good every day, it’s the outcome of practicing mental fitness skills, especially on average or difficult days. The Mental Gym reframes mental health as something that can be trained through small, repeated actions, rather than something dependent on motivation or mood.
This session helps employees stop waiting for the “right mindset” and start building capacity through simple, realistic micro practices embedded in daily work and life. The emphasis is on steady progress, not perfection, and on tracking growth without turning self care into another task to manage.
