Take Off to Pride 🛫🌈

Hosted by CANFAR’s Legacy Project, Take Off to Pride is a pre-Pride networking event designed to bring together Ottawa’s 2SLGBTQIA+ community and allies before Pride weekend takes flight. The event takes place on Tuesday, August 25, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Attendees will enjoy:

• One welcome drink
• Passed bites throughout the evening
• Networking opportunities
• A live performance by 2x Juno nominee J3M
• Music by DJ JC Simon
• Remarks from community and business leaders, including:
  • Susan Margles, President and CEO, Ottawa International Airport Authority
  • Sonya Shorey, President and CEO, Invest Ottawa
  • Dr. Patrick O’Byrne, uOttawa Professor, Nurse Practitioner, and Principal Investigator of GetaKit

Guest tickets are $20, with all proceeds supporting CANFAR’s National Youth HIV Awareness Program, Sexfluent. The ticket price includes admission, a welcome drink, passed bites, entertainment, and a chance to win one of our exciting door prizes.
