Public Service Pride Week is more than a celebration – it’s a global movement uniting public servants in a shared commitment to 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion. Its reach continues to expand, with Canadian embassies and missions worldwide proudly participating, ensuring diversity, equity, and belonging are represented on the international stage.

2026 Theme: "Everybody's In!"

‘Everybody In!’ highlights our collective power to create a workspace worth coming into. Through active allyship and a foundation of safety, we are building an inclusive public service where every 2SLGBTQIA+ employee has a seat at the table.

Across Canada, there is growing interest from some provincial, territorial, and municipal governments in integrating Public Service Pride Week into their events, reinforcing the importance of inclusive workplaces at all levels. We also welcome public services globally to join this initiative, fostering international collaboration and solidarity in advancing workplace inclusion.

This is our opportunity to come together, amplify our impact, and create lasting change.

If you’d like to participate, collaborate, or learn more, please reach out — we’d love to celebrate with you!
