This event offers an opportunity to listen, learn, and reflect on what it means to live and work authentically as a trans person in Canada. Through shared stories and open discussion, panelists will explore personal and systemic challenges, experiences within the public service, allyship and support, gender identity and expression, and the stories behind chosen names. Together, we will celebrate resilience and progress while creating a space for reflection, connection, and solidarity, recognizing both the ongoing struggles faced by transgender persons and the hope that comes from visibility and understanding.

The panel discussion will be bilingual, with interpretation provided in English, French, American Sign Language (ASL), and Quebec Sign Language (LSQ) to ensure accessibility and inclusion for all participants. CART services will be provided.

Join us as we honour our transgender colleagues, celebrate their voices, and reaffirm our commitment to creating a workplace where everyone can be seen, respected, and included.
