NOTE: As you may know, a blizzard warning is in effect for Winnipeg beginning later today and continuing through tomorrow. For everyone’s safety, we have decided to postpone tomorrow’s PSPN Holiday Social Event. While it’s disappointing not to gather before the holidays, safety comes first , and sometimes Mother Nature has other plans. Please stay tuned for a new date in January when we can bring some sparkle to the new year.
