It serves as a platform for aspiring 2SLGBTQIA+ leaders and ensures a safe workplace for all employees. This network represents a diverse group of 2SLGBTQIA+ executives and acts as a consultative body for the Public Service Pride Network (PSPN), significantly contributing to the development of the PSPN&#8217;s first Strategic Plan (2023-2025).<\/p>\n<p>Pour remplir notre mission, nous nous concentrons sur divers objectifs, notamment la sensibilisation de la haute direction au RFFP et aux r\u00e9seaux de la fiert\u00e9 organisationnels, l\u2019encouragement de l\u2019autoidentification, le partage de ressources et la promotion de la repr\u00e9sentation des employ\u00e9.e.s 2ELGBTQIA+ dans le d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re.
