\n\t\tMandat du R\u00e9seau des cadres 2ELGBTQIA+\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

The 2SLGBTQIA+ Executive Network, established in 2022, is dedicated to fostering the professional growth and visibility of 2SLGBTQIA+ executives through peer support, mentoring, and coaching. It serves as a platform for aspiring 2SLGBTQIA+ leaders and ensures a safe workplace for all employees. This network represents a diverse group of 2SLGBTQIA+ executives and acts as a consultative body for the Public Service Pride Network (PSPN), significantly contributing to the development of the PSPN’s first Strategic Plan (2023-2025).<\/p>\n

Pour remplir notre mission, nous nous concentrons sur divers objectifs, notamment la sensibilisation de la haute direction au RFFP et aux r\u00e9seaux de la fiert\u00e9 organisationnels, l\u2019encouragement de l\u2019autoidentification, le partage de ressources et la promotion de la repr\u00e9sentation des employ\u00e9.e.s 2ELGBTQIA+ dans le d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re. Nous valorisons la collaboration avec d\u2019autres r\u00e9seaux dirig\u00e9s par des employ\u00e9.e.s et proposons des recommandations pour des interventions significatives.<\/p>\n

Nous souhaitons la bienvenue aux cadres de tous les horizons, y compris leurs alli\u00e9.e.s, pour qu\u2019iels se joignent \u00e0 nous afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la diversit\u00e9 au sein de la direction.\u00a0<\/p>\n
