Il offre des renseignements utiles, des conseils et des ressources permettant aux employ\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s de naviguer leur milieu de travail avec confiance et authenticit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wm-item wm-item-wrap\"><h3 class=\"wm-item-title\" data-tags=\"\" data-tag-names=\"\">2. Who is the Employee's Guide intended for?<\/h3><div class=\"wm-item-content clearfix 2WhoistheEmployeesGuideintendedfor\"><p>Under the principle of &#8220;nothing for us without us&#8221;, the guide has been specifically created for and by Two-Spirit, transgender, non-binary and gender-diverse employees working within the Federal Public Service. Allies in the workplace will also find the guide useful, helping them become stronger allies to the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wm-item wm-item-wrap\"><h3 class=\"wm-item-title\" data-tags=\"\" data-tag-names=\"\">3. What is the purpose of the Employee's Guide?<\/h3><div class=\"wm-item-content clearfix 3WhatisthepurposeoftheEmployeesGuide\"><p>The guide&#8217;s primary purpose is to foster inclusivity and provide support for 2SLGBTQIA+ employees in the Federal Public Service. It aims to create a safe and comfortable working environment by offering practical advice and strategies for addressing various challenges faced by the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wm-item wm-item-wrap\"><h3 class=\"wm-item-title\" data-tags=\"\" data-tag-names=\"\">4. How can the guide be utilized? How can the Employee's Guide be used?<\/h3><div class=\"wm-item-content clearfix 4HowcantheguidebeutilizedHowcantheEmployeesGuidebeused\"><p>The guide can be used as a valuable tool to navigate workplace challenges, such as coming out, addressing safety concerns and establishing transition plans. It provides a step-by-step approach to inform colleagues about topics rooted in gender identity and expression, and offers insights to employees on obtaining necessary support within the organization as they strive to navigate the workplace with confidence and authenticity. This includes guidance on navigating the Public Service Health Care Plan.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wm-item wm-item-wrap\"><h3 class=\"wm-item-title\" data-tags=\"\" data-tag-names=\"\">5.
