What makes a good user experience for the LGBTQ2+ community? One key element is managing the user’s gendered information. Whether you’re creating paper forms, online surveys, enterprise applications, or the next hit app, how you collect and manage gendered data is a critical part of creating a positive user experience. In this presentation, Erin Turnbull will discuss how our personal information is gendered, her personal experiences with the name change process, and some of the best practices for managing gendered information.
